We have decided to sponsor a contest in Terri's memory. As part of the From the Heart program, we will be collecting entries in a drawing for your favorite charity. From Thanksgiving through New Years, you may submit your favorite charity by stopping in and entering the charity in our drawing. The winner will be selected on New Year's Eve. The winning charity will be given a check for $500.

Terri's daughter, Jamie, spoke at the Lung Cancer vigil at Upstate. Here's an excerpt:

"Living with hope is so important and so many people will hear they have cancer and the hope will be taken away. Its not just hoping the cancer will go away, but its' the hope to live each day to the fullest, with or without the cancer. We all need to get up each day with hope in our hearts, as my Mom did."
